We make the design process of creating your custom headwear painless. Our in-house Designers are dedicated to working directly with you, and ensuring your new hat is customized exactly to your needs. Once you have Contacted Us one of our Designers will work with you, step by step, throughout the process.

5-Panel Caps have a partial seam in the center of the Cap Front. This allows for freedom to decorate the front panel without regard to a seam running through the logo. This is especially useful for Screen Print and Sublimation Print designs. 5-Panel Caps are made in a variety of crown heights and with your choice of fabrics/trims to customize your design.
6-Panel Caps are our MOST POPULAR Style. They are made with a full seam in the center of the Cap Front. This style is very versatile for the ball game, beach, uniforms, etc. 6-Panel Caps are made in a variety of crown heights and our Designers can help you to select the best shape for your unique needs.
While not a specific style of cap, Camouflage designs do deserve their own recognition. We offer a vast selection of licensed camo patterns which may be used in most of our headwear styles. Check out our complete selection of Mossy Oak, Realtree, and Kryptek patterns as well as some non-licensed options.
